4 lbs of fully cooked and frozen Crayfish. Our Crayfish is prepared according to a 500 year-old Swedish recipe using lots of crown dill, dill leaves, sugar and salt. This is the way Crayfish is supposed to be enjoyed, well at least according to Scandinavians, and most Europeans :) After we cook the crayfish we seal it in with our delicious liquid brine and then freeze it. Shipped fully cooked and frozen to your door in just 1-2 days. All you have to do is thaw it and enjoy it!
Our Crayfish come from the fresh and cold waters of Oregon and Washington State and are 100% wild-caught by licensed fishermen. Our Crayfish are the mighty Signal Crayfish which are larger in size and sometimes can grow almost as big as a small Lobster. Most of the Crayfish you will receive from us will have medium to large size claws that hold plenty of meat. Our dill is sourced from a Swedish immigrant farm in central Minnesota, so you can be sure our Crayfish will have that genuine Nordic flavor!
What you will receive:

- About 36-44 crayfish depending on size
- 8 portions, depending on appetite
- Fully cooked and then frozen (will last in your freezer about 6 months from the packaging date)

- To prepare: thaw slowly in refrigerator for 2 days, or put in a cold water bath for 4-5 hours. Once thawed the Crayfish will last about 3 days in the fridge
