Important information regarding shipping and delivery: Your shipment is guaranteed to arrive the next day after the ship date. Please note that you choose your own delivery date at check-out. It is the customer's responsibility to be able to accept/retrieve the package on the date chosen for delivery. If you are not able to accept/retrieve the package on time, we cannot guarantee freshness of the product. We will refund any order for shipping delays resulting in spoiled product. However, we cannot refund any orders where next day delivery was made or attempted, but not received/accepted, resulting in spoiled product. Please make sure you are home to accept the order on the day chosen for delivery. We will send you a tracking number right after we drop the package off at UPS and with that tracking number you can track the order right to your door.
