When it comes to return/refund requests surrounding shipping delays, please note that we are only able to guarantee Next Day Air shipments. For 2nd Day Air shipments we cannot guarantee delivery times and are not responsible for delayed packages caused by UPS. We will send you a tracking number right after we drop the package off at UPS and with that tracking number you can track the order right to your door.
