Our peeled crayfish tails are processed just like our whole cooked crayfish where we marinate the crayfish overnight for maximum flavor! In this recipe we prepare the crayfish according to a 500-year-old Swedish recipe using crown dill, dill leaves, sugar, and salt. This is the way crayfish is supposed to be enjoyed, well at least according to Scandinavians, and most Europeans :)
Serving Tips! Our crayfish tails do not need to be re-heated. They are delicious chilled on their own as an appetizer, or try dipping them in your favorite dip sauce. Also works great as a luxurious topping with your own favorite dishes. The perfect addition to Pizzas, Sandwiches, Tacos, Soups and Bisques, Crackers, Salads, Mac n Cheese, and so much more!
Thawing Instructions: Always thaw under refrigeration. The crayfish tails are fully cooked, peeled, and ready to eat. Simply thaw in fridge overnight. Do not re-freeze. Enjoy within 3 days of thawing.
